Finally, my wish to relinquish holding the post of On-Sec in Muar Batang have been answered. 8 years as the On-Sec of Muar Batang is long enough. It's about high time to let go & let someone get the feel of what it takes to be the On-Sec in Muar Batang.
In the 8 years since the formation of Muar Batang in July 2001, we have been through many challenges especially in the first few years after our inaugural run. Many had predicted that Muar Batang would not last more than 3 years at the most, but with the members support & dedication, we are now in our 8th year and still going strong. I'm convince that Muar Batang will continue to grow from strength to strength as long as members continue to show support & dedication as in the past.
It is a relief to pass on the baton now to the new On-Sec and I wish to congratulate him for holding the fort from now on.
